Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
The short version
- This policy applies to consumer health data we handle for ourselves, mainly the demo and trial text line, under Washington, Nevada and Connecticut law.
- We collect it only to provide what you asked for (replies to your messages) and to keep the service safe. We never sell it.
- You can ask to access or delete it, or withdraw consent, by emailing us.
This summary is for convenience; the full text below controls.
1. Scope
This policy is provided by Solos Agent Labs, a California general partnership doing business as Solos ("Solos," "we") under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada Senate Bill 370 and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and similar laws. "Consumer health data" means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health status, as those laws define it. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
It does not apply to protected health information under HIPAA, or to information we process for a clinic as its processor or service provider. In those cases the clinic's notices govern, and requests should go to the clinic.
2. Categories we collect
- Anything about health you choose to include in a message to the demo or trial line (for example symptoms, medications, treatment stage or fertility plans), even though we ask you to use only fictional details.
- Information inferred from messages, such as a safety flag that a message may describe an emergency, or a note that you asked about a treatment.
- Your phone number and message metadata, insofar as they are linked to the above.
3. Sources
Directly from you, and from our analysis of your messages.
4. Why we collect and use it
Only to provide the service you request by texting us or using the demo (composing and checking replies), to detect possible emergencies and show safety information, to secure the service and prevent abuse, to review and improve quality, and to comply with law. We collect and use it because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for; for any other purpose we will ask for your separate consent first.
5. Categories we share, and with whom
We share the categories above only with processors that act on our instructions to run the service: Fly.io (hosting), Neon (database), Sendblue (message delivery), and OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (Anthropic, OpenAI and Google). Messages are carried by mobile carriers and Apple. We have no affiliates that receive consumer health data. We may disclose it where the law requires, with your consent, or in a business transfer subject to this policy.
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use geofencing around any health care facility.
6. Your rights
You may confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; access it, including a list of the third parties and affiliates it was shared with; withdraw consent; and have it deleted (including from our processors, and from archives and backups as the law provides). Email team@heysolos.com from, or with, the phone number the request is about. We verify requests, respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 more where the law allows, with notice), and won't charge you or treat you differently for asking. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying "appeal" to our response; we will answer within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint, or your state's attorney general.
7. Retention and deletion
Demo and trial-line conversations are deleted automatically about 7 days after the last message. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
